Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and contribute to the continued success of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and teaching standards.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and promote their academic progress.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement cross-curricular activities and projects.
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
