In the last 20 years, Academics have built a hugely successful, well established Education Recruitment business in over 16 locations - we've got a strong brand & reputation with Schools and Teachers across the UK.
Our Cardiff office is in its 10th year – where we have built a recognised brand and excellent reputation with our schools and teachers.
We'll provide the environment, education recruitment training, and support you need, to be a great Education Recruitment Consultant and we'll pay you accordingly - your realistic earnings in our Cardiff office are likely to be £45-£50k OTE once you are fully up and running. We also offer 27 days holiday (rising to a maximum 32).
