This particular role is ideal for a graduate or resourcer looking for their first steps into recruitment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will consist of;
* Searching for and contacting the best talent via online job boards and networking websites
* Creating engaging job advertisement
* Screening candidates and conducting face to face and phone interviews
* Creating candidate profiles and marketing materials
* Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face
* Liaising with our central compliance team
