Geography Teacher – Dover
Academics are working alongside an amazing school in Dover who are looking for an experienced Geography Teacher to join their team. The ideal Geography Teacher is experienced teaching Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5. The successful Geography Teacher will work closely with the team to support the further growth of the department and help teach Humanities across the school in the hope that all students can be supported and well-resourced to meet their full potential.

As a Geography Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Spark curiosity and cultivate a love for geography in students of ages 11-18.
* Design engaging lesson plans that bring geography to life through hands-on activities, multimedia resources, and real-world applications.
* Explore diverse cultures, landscapes, and ecosystems, empowering students to become informed global citizens.
* Foster critical thinking, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills through interactive map exercises and geographical inquiry.
🌐 Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Geography, Education, or a related field.
* QTS and/or previous experience in a classroom setting preferred.
* Strong knowledge of world geography, cartography, and geographic information systems (GIS).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
