What Does A Typical Day Look Like For A Learning Support Assistant?

* Collaborate with lead teachers to design and implement innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves and learn from one another.
* Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra assistance, ensuring that no one is left behind.
* Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent inquiry among students.
* Emphasize social and emotional learning, helping students develop strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
* Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities that enrich the educational experience.

* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
