Secondary Maths Teacher – Broadstairs
Academics are currently working with a “Good” secondary school in Broadstairs who are seeking a committed and dedicated Maths Teacher to cover a maternity leave. Starting in April 2024, this temporary role could lead to a permanent arrangement.
Located closely to local transport links, you will be based in a building with fantastic facilities within a friendly and supportive department. The team is committed to providing staff with high quality and professional development.
What skills and experience the school are looking for
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths to ensure excellent progress and outcomes for every child;
* Ensuring highly effective assessment and intervention to enable all students to achieve the very best, whatever their starting points.
* Supporting students’ personal development in the role of tutor and through delivery of the pastoral programme.
