Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support: Collaborate with the class teacher to assist in the delivery of engaging lessons and activities, catering to the diverse needs of students.

Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance, ensuring their understanding and progress.

Behavior Management: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by implementing effective behavior management strategies and supporting the teacher in maintaining discipline.

Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, ensuring that resources are organized and readily available for use in lessons.

Communication: Establish open and effective communication with both teaching staff and parents, sharing insights on students' progress and contributing to a collaborative educational community.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a classroom setting is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting children's learning.
