My client, an outstanding Hackney based secondary school are looking to appoint a small number of graduates to work as teaching assistants from March This is a full time role Monday – Friday and would be an ideal role for graduates who have an interest in secondary teaching and would like the opportunity to gain hands on paid school experience through working as a teaching assistant. Part time options are also available.
Each year this East London secondary look to take on a small number of graduates who have some form of recent paid or voluntary experience with young people and are keen to develop this experience in a school setting.
As a graduate teaching assistant, you will be working with other graduates and will be supporting students of all abilities in a wide range of subject areas.
The teaching assistant role is full time Monday – Friday and will commence in ASAP. A number of graduates spend the academic year working as a teaching assistant before deciding to begin teacher training.
The school are eager to hear from graduates who have an interest in secondary teaching and have managed to gain some form of experience with young people. This experience may be paid or voluntary.
The school are looking to hold trial days immediately.
