If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a SEN Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant in Mainstream Primary Schools on a long-term supply basis.

We are a dedicated educational institution committed to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment for all our students. Located in the vibrant community of Yateley, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic SEN LSA/TA to join our team on a long-term supply basis.

Position Overview:

As a SEN Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with specific learning needs.
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students.
* Monitoring and recording student progress, and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Previous experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant.
* Relevant qualifications in education or special education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
