Recruitment Consultant – Academics
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

Academics is seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Berkhamsted.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in education roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff. You will build relationships with schools and educational professionals, matching the right candidate to the right job.
Earning potential: Starting Salary from £25,000 to £30,000. Monthly uncapped commission. Year 1 OTE £35,000 to £40,000
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
