Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Managing student behaviour and fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere.
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans and engaging students in their studies.
* Providing support to students with questions or concerns.
* Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions during teacher absences.
Requirements of a Cover Supervisor:
* The ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
* A strong desire to support the education and development of young people.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
