Role Overview: As a SEND Teaching Assistant in Reception, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of children with special educational needs. Working closely with our experienced teaching staff, you will contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all our students. This role will last until the end of the Academic year with a potential to be taken on Permanent with the School.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEND in Reception.
* Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans.
* Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
* Assist with the monitoring and recording of student progress.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children with SEND.
* A passion for creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (Desired but not essential)
