Responsibilities of an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

* Providing individual and small group support to students in various subjects.
* Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement creative lesson plans.

* Offering emotional support and encouragement to students, helping them build confidence and resilience.
* Assisting with classroom management and organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements of an EYFS Teaching Assistant:

* A willingness to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
* Live in Harrrow or within a commutable distance
