Key Responsibilities for Classroom Support Assistant:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons to meet individual student requirements.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to teachers and senior staff.
* Support with administrative tasks related to student records and resources.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
* Attend relevant training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What Is Required For The Role Of Classroom Support Assistant?
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
