We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers. You will be responsible for providing care and support to children and young people facing various challenges. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and development of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities of a Children’s Support Worker:
* Provide direct care and support to children and young people.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes emotional well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to create personalized care plans.
* Encourage and participate in educational and recreational activities.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements needed to become a Children’s Support Worker:
* A genuine passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
