SEN Supply Cover Supervisor

Mansfield

Supply, Full-time

We are currently working with a SEND school that is part of a Multi-academy trust in the Mansfield area who are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join their team on a supply basis.

The Role of the Cover Supervisor:-

* Deliver pre planned lessons to the students, adapting your method of teaching where necessary.
* Make yourself aware of, and adhere to the school's policies and procedures, particularly regarding behaviour.
* Maintain a safe learning environment, ensuring any safeguarding concerns are reported correctly.

A Cover Supervisor must have:

* An Bachelors degree as a minimum; a degree in a subject that is taught at Key Stage 3 and/ or 4 would be advantageous.
* At least 6 months of cover supervisor experience, or experience teaching or tutoring children aged 11-16 years.
* Suitable references covering their most recent 2 years of work/study.
* DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
