Position: Recruitment Branch Manager Education Sector

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 basic salary, experience dependant + uncapped commission (OTE £75k-£85k)

Annual leave entitlements: 25 days + bank holidays

Requirements: 2yrs of managerial experience, including hiring and training individuals

Job Description:

As the Recruitment Branch Manager you will be joining an established team with a reliable client base that you will be expected to grow and develop further.

This role would suit an existing Branch Manager or a Senior Consultant, looking to take their first steps in to management.

While our current branch is situated in Ellesmere Port, we are open to the possibility of basing the branch in Liverpool, for the right candidate.

Main duties of our Recruitment Managers:

* All our managers are billing managers, so you will need to balance your personal target and that of the branch
* Mentoring the team of consultants and resourcers and ensuring maximum performance
* Managing your own desk against gross profit and hours targets
* Responsible for all aspects of the branch performance and service delivery
* To recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy
* Client attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activities.
* Candidate attraction; developing a new candidate pool to fulfil vacancies

Person Specification:

* Recruitment (education sector) background
* Driven and Resilient
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and be a completer/finisher
* Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of all Office applications
