Job Title: Early Years SEN Teacher (Key Stage 1 - Pre-Verbal Students)

Location: Tower Hamlets, London

Contract: Long-Term, Starting April 2024

As an Early Years SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of each student.

Job Description:

* Position: Early Years SEN Teacher
* Location: Tower Hamlets, London
* Contract: Long-Term, Starting April 2024
* Working with Key Stage 1 students who are pre-verbal
* Implementing sensory learning techniques to engage and support students
* Collaborating with support staff and specialists to create personalized learning plans
* Providing a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitoring and tracking student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with pre-verbal students, preferably in Key Stage 1
* Early Years experience
* Knowledge of sensory learning techniques and strategies
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to inclusive education and supporting the needs of every student
