Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for new opportunities in Sheffield? Academics, a leading education agency, is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and make a positive impact in primary schools across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support: Provide high-quality support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring the overall well-being of students.

Small Group Intervention: Lead small group sessions to support students' learning and development, focusing on specific areas of need.

Curriculum Delivery: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.

Assessment and Feedback: Assist in assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.

Requirements:

HLTA Qualification: Hold a recognized Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification.

Experience: Proven experience as a HLTA in a primary school setting.

Knowledge: Familiarity with the national curriculum and understanding of effective teaching strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different school environments and work effectively with diverse groups of students.
