Exciting Opportunity for 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a Greenwich based Primary School!

Are you passionate about supporting students with diverse needs and making a real difference to their education? A large primary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from April until the end of the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position based on excellent performance.

Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Greenwich, London
Duration: April to end of academic year (with potential for permanent placement)

Key Responsibilities as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Greenwich:

* Provide tailored support to a student with challenging behaviour on a one-to-one basis.
* Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the student's academic and social progress.

Requirements to work as a 1:1 Teaching assistant:

* Experience with challenging behaviour, either personally or professionally.
* Availability to work five days a week from April until the end of the academic year.
* Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
