Key Responsibilities: SEN Learning Support Assistant – Hounslow

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Work closely with students with various SEN needs, offering one-on-one support or small group sessions
* Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored approach to each student's learning
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to students

Requirements: SEN Learning Support Assistant – Hounslow

* To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A genuine passion for working with children with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN education (desirable)
