This exciting role is in a vibrant primary school in Birmingham, looking for a dedicated 1-1 SEN support, an exceptional opportunity awaits for a SEN Support working 1:1. You will play a pivotal role in assuring the needs of the student are met. The child requires emotional and academic support. The successful candidate will join a lucrative team that encourages growth and development.

1-1 SEN Support

* A strong commitment to our schools and their values.
* Engage in lessons with SEND needs, ensuring their progress with a positive learning experience.
* Nurture a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages mental wellbeing and academic progression.
* Utilise assessments feedback effectively to monitor students' progress.
* Collaborate with other members of the school community, including class teachers to create a support system for the student.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and techniques to address challenging behaviours highlighting positive reward systems.

1-1 SEN Support

* Ideally have experience as 1-1 SEN Support within a school setting or similar.
* A passion to teach and nurture SEND need children.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and open to new opportunities.
