Your role and responsibilities:

** Supervising the students and ensuring they complete set tasks

** Managing behaviour

** Assisting pupils when they have questions

** Following the schools behaviour and safeguarding policies

** Collecting the completed work and handing it to the Head of Department

** Providing feedback on the lesson and pupils

Qualifications/ personal specification:

** Previous experience within either the same or similar role.

** Good understanding of SEN Curriculum.

** Degree or equivalent.

** Calm, patient and resilient approach.

** Participate in the Performance Management review process annually, taking personal responsibility for learning, development, and training opportunities.

** Comply with individual responsibilities for health and safety in the workplace.

** Fulfil any other duties reasonably requested.
