Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have experience supporting students in their academic journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Intervention TA!

We are seeking a dedicated Year 6 Intervention TA to join our team on a contract basis from March 2024 until July 2024. Based in a vibrant 2 form entry primary school located in Tower Hamlets, our school boasts a commendable Ofsted rating and a supportive learning environment.

As a Year 6 Intervention TA, you will play a crucial role in providing targeted support to students, particularly in preparation for key assessments and examinations. Your responsibilities will include:

📚 Delivering tailored intervention sessions to small groups of students, focusing on areas of improvement identified by teachers.

🔍 Assessing student progress and adapting intervention strategies accordingly to ensure maximum impact.

🤝 Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement effective intervention plans aligned with the school curriculum.

🎉 Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic success.

This position offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£95 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The ideal Intervention TA will possess:

🔹 Previous experience working with primary-aged students, preferably in a similar intervention or support role.

🔹 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents. 🔹 A proactive and adaptable approach to addressing the individual needs of students.

🔹 Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or related fields (desirable but not essential).
