SEN School Support Workers – Hounslow
As a School SEN Support Worker, you will:
Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning opportunities.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop personalised strategies for student success.
Promote positive behaviour management techniques and facilitate social and emotional development.
Empower students to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs (SEN)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Relevant qualifications in SEN support or willingness to undergo training
