Teaching Assistants – Portsmouth – ASAP
Academics are a market leading Supply Agency based in Portsmouth, we support Primary & Secondary schools across Portsmouth & Hampshire in booking daily supply and supporting them with long term and permanent recruitment.
We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for local secondary schools in Portsmouth. Ideally you will have experience in working with students in both Key Stage 3 & 4, however this is not essential.
Teaching Assistants will be required to work in a classroom as a general Teaching Assistant or with students who may have additional learning needs, so will be required to support on a 1:1 basis, as well as occasionally arranging intervention work with small groups of students.
Our local schools will need strong candidates who are available at least 3 days a week, can travel around Portsmouth and can commit to working from 8:30am - 3:30pm.
