Academics LTD Doncaster division are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Business Manager within South Yorkshire for work. Currently opportunities longer term in Doncaster, but we also get roles across the South Yorkshire region for similar opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven professional to join a forward thinking Primary School. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and Staff. We not only have this opportnity but others as well in similar roles.

The Business Manager role often has overall strategic leadership and management at Primary level of all aspects of administration, HR, operations support within the School. The postholder will be the School's leading support staff professional and provide leadership and management of the office and support staff. They will maintain a strong relationship with other office roles including- Finance Manager and ensure that the School's resourcing needs are clearly interpreted into the budget setting process. In some Schools we work with the School Business Manager also takes on the role of Finance Manager and Cover Manager as well.

You will have a solid background in leading and motivating colleagues and developing strategies to improve the support services of a school.
