Do you have experience of working in a classroom environment in a primary school as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years? Do you have experience of supporting children with SEN, primarily Autism?

I have a primary school in Chester who is looking for a Teaching Assistant to start in September to support a pupil in their new cohort in Reception, who has ASC and speech and language difficulties. The role is on a full time basis (8.30 - 3.00 with half an hour lunch break), five days a week. The successful candidate will more than likely be in post until at least Christmas 2019, with a strong possibility of an extension for the full academic year.

You must have experience of supporting children with SEN, ideally in an education setting.

What’s in it for you?

* Pay rates from £55.50 - £65 per day on PAYE contract for this role.
* Clear expectations and guidance throughout your Academics experience.
* Free and subsidised CPD courses, including safe guarding and Prevent.
* Opportunity to really make a difference to child’s education.

Please call us for more information and an informal chat. To apply, simply follow the instructions! Academics also have other roles available for any qualified teaching assistant, for both ASAP and September start dates.
