Cover Supervisor Position Available in Greenwich
Are you a dedicated Cover Supervisor seeking a permanent position within Greenwich? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our educational team as a Cover Supervisor, working with students aged 3-18. Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) children and possession of a clean driving license would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-prepared exercises.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Provide support and guidance to students, addressing any questions regarding the assigned work.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and uphold school policies.
* Utilize experience with SEN children to adapt supervision strategies, fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar educational role.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
* Experience working with SEN children is highly beneficial.
* Possession of a clean driving license is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work with students aged 3-18 within Greenwich.
