Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Specialist Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive primary school?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aldershot is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join their team full-time, either immediately or from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
About the Role:
* Deliver tailored learning to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
* Work closely with the SENDCo, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
* Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support children with a range of additional needs.
* Monitor progress and provide effective interventions where necessary.
About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting.
* A strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for ensuring all children reach their full potential.
