Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a dynamic educational environment starting in September. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
* A relevant degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Enthusiastic about teaching and dedicated to student success.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive and collaborative setting.
