A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Early Careers Teacher of Key Stage 3 to 4 English to join a lovely Independent Secondary School in Reading. The successful English Teacher will have the opportunity to join a highly successful twenty two person English department that has a co-planning approach to department planning and resources. With a Senior Leadership Team that have a real focus on work life balance, staff well-being is a priority at this school.

Do you want the freedom as an ECT to be creative with your curriculum adaption, in an environment where co-planning and the sharing of resources is encouraged? Then this could be the role for you.

This role will begin as long term supply, before transitioning to a permanent position in January. The Head Teacher has asked me to stress that the successful ECT English Teacher will be supported through their ECT years.

The Role:

* ECT English Teacher KS3-4.
* Reading
* £25,714 - £36,961.
* Immediate Start.

The Candidate:

* ECT English Teacher with QTS.
* Experience teaching KS5 desirable, but not necessary.
* Creative approach to lesson planning.
* Positive, proactive approach to behaviour management.
* Team player attitude.
