The Role: As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our Year 5 and Year 6 students. The class is a mix of Year 5 and Year 6 students, you’ll have the support of up to 5 TA’s in the class to assist with SEN needs. Your strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum will be instrumental in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring our students reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with our supportive staff to create a vibrant and inspiring learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the KS2 curriculum.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
* Participate in school events and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* Previous experience teaching Year 5 and Year 6
* Dedication to creating a positive learning environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable commute to Islington
