Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality science lessons that engage and challenge students.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and promote academic progress.
* Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning and understanding of scientific concepts.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback to support their academic development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
* Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level, preferably within a UK school setting.
* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
