As a Secondary Supply Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, maintaining a calm and positive learning environment and ensuring effective learning outcomes for students. By adapting to different school environments and following lesson plans you will contribute to maintaining continuity in students’ education during teacher absences.
To work as a Supply Teacher through Academics, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or a relevant teaching qualification
* Proven experience teaching within secondary schools
* Strong subject knowledge in your area of expertise
* Excellent classroom management skills
* To be flexible and adaptable to work within different school settings across the Wirral
* The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents
* An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get one (cost applied)
