Role and Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality instruction across a range of subjects and grade levels as needed.
* Follow lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers and adapt them as necessary to meet the needs of students.
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively and promote a culture of respect and cooperation.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of instruction and support for students.
* Provide feedback on student progress and communicate with regular classroom teachers as needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification preferred.
* Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher or substitute teacher is advantageous.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and grade levels.
* Commitment to upholding the values and ethos of the school.
