Teaching Assistant – Watford

Contract type: Long-term (potentially potentially leading to a permanent position if you’re a superstar teaching assistant!)
Salary: £85 per day PAYE
About the Teaching Assistant role:
* You will support the children through exciting activities, dealing with any struggles the children are faced with.
* Providing an inclusive, fun and passionate environment for the children to thrive in.
* Form professional relationships with parents and other team members, working collaboratively to allow each child to flourish.
* Keeping the children safe, keeping an eye out for any hazard so that the day runs as smoothly and happy as possible.
Recruitments:
* Prior experience working with children
* Ideally have an understanding of special educational needs
* It is desirable to have qualifications in Early Years Education
* Experience working with young children schools or nurseries
* Have a passion for positively influencing the lives of small children
