ALN TA / ASD TA specialising in challenging behaviour needed for an Estyn rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Rhoose.This is a part-time role, working every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
This is a two form entry, mainstream primary school with a highly academic ethos. They are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Worker with prior experience or an interest in Primary ASD. The successful candidate will be skilled in de-escalation techniques, ideally Team Teach Trained and have a calm, empathetic manner.

This is a full time, long term role starting ASAP with permanent contracts on offer from September 2024

Criteria
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – desirable
* Team Teach – desirable
* Proven experience working with ALN children - essential
* Successful track record of improving pupil performance
* Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
* Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police check
