Are you a dedicated BSA dedicated to working with challenging behaviours?

An excellent Primary school located in Birmingham is seeking a BSA. With a hunger to inspire the next generation. Do you possess a calm and adaptable personality to educate young learners? Looking for the opportunity to develop behavioural support to implement on pupils.

You will play an essential role towards developing high quality education to help young students to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities as a behavioural support assistant:

* Support behaviour and learning in primary school pupils.
* Work with children 1:1 and in smaller groups to help deliver well-rounded education.
* Support classroom tasks.
* Assist other teaching staff on external visits.
* Have a good understanding of Mathematics and English.
* Have a passion for safeguarding.
* Have a calm and adaptable personality for behaviour management.
* Promoting positive behaviour.
* Encouraging school policies and procedures.
* Have a calm and supportive personality as a BSA.

Requirements as a BSA:

* Relevant experience working as a behavioural support assistant or in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
* Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
* A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
