We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward-thinking teacher to undertake the role as SENDCo for this outstanding high school. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership of a thriving and highly successful SEN department, be well-qualified and have excellent subject knowledge of SEN.

The SENDCo must be able to establish excellent relationships with students and colleagues, be flexible and show evidence of their ability to work well within a team, as well as being able to demonstrate clear leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
