Our Tunbridge Wells office (formerly Term Time Teachers) was originally founded in 2000 and acquired by Servoca PLC in 2020. The team have an excellent reputation and a rich history in servicing schools across West Kent and East Sussex. Specialising in placing supply teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors, SEN support and non-classroom staff into day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent roles in primary, secondary and specialist settings. Academics Tunbridge Wells has an excellent team that provides a personal touch and ensures a quality services to schools and teaching staff in the area.

How To Find Us

Driving: Situated on St Johns Road, next door to Richer Sounds. From the A26 south of Tunbridge Wells, follow signs for Town Centre/High Street and then follow local signs to St John’s Road. There are parking options nearby in central Tunbridge Wells or limited free parking on Culverden Park opposite the office.

Rail: Tunbridge Wells Station. From there, head north on Station Road toward Mount Pleasant Rd, continue onto Mount Pleasant Rd and then turn right onto Upper Grosvenor Rd. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto St John’s Road.

Bus: Route 7 or 402 — these stop along St John’s Road near where Academics Tunbridge Wells is located.

Following her BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature that she gained in her native Georgia and a brief career as a Healthcare Assistant, Madona joined the business in 2011 embarking on a long and successful career in education recruitment. As well as managing the Tunbridge Wells branch, Madona oversees a busy SEND desk working with a variety of schools across Kent.

Neisha Gajjar Neisha Gajjar Primary Team Leader

Neisha began her education recruitment journey in 2021 and has been supporting primary schools and nurseries across West Kent ever since. Prior to education recruitment, Neisha was a professional dancer and dance teacher and also gained invaluable experience as an LSA which has helped her in her role today. Neisha attended Capel Primary School, Tonbridge and Hillview School for Girls, Tonbridge.

Lottie joined the team in 2022 following a career as an Estate Agent and works closely supporting primary schools and nurseries across Wealden and Hastings and Rother where she has built some strong relationships. Lottie attended Sevenoaks Prep, Sevenoaks and Angley Sports College, Cranbrook.

Before joining the team in 2023 and entering the world of recruitment, Ella was a manager of a coffee house. Ella supports the primary team in sourcing quality candidates and supporting them through the full registration process. Ella attended Benenden CofE Primary, Cranbrook and High Weald Academy, Cranbrook.

Mia joined the business in 2024 as a resourcer before being promoted to consultant in 2025. Before this, Mia was supporting client with payroll solutions – now she is busy supporting SEND schools across East Sussex and engaging with quality teaching staff across the county. Mia attended Brambletye School, East Grinstead and Lingfield Notre Dame, Lingfield.
