Teaching Assistant

Academics are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant for a good school in South Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Special Needs TA to work with a pupil on a 1:1 basis; the post is long-term, that could lead to a permanent post from September 2021 for the right person.

You must be an experienced and qualified teaching assistant to be able to apply for this role. We are looking for teaching assistants with at least 6 months experience.

As a teaching assistant you will:

* Be motivated, enthusiastic and committed
* Experienced with SEND
* Have full awareness of the primary curriculum
* Have prior TA experience
* Hold a level 3 or equivalent
* Be able to support the class teacher and pupils effectively
