A removal company based in Cardiff is looking for an office administrator who can take on general admin duties to help support the busy office. The company is looking for someone who has experience of working in an office environment and for someone who can be adaptable and organised within an environment where customer service is essential.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and can take control or allocating jobs, dealing with customers, organising a schedule and diary for removal bookings and be calm and polite on the phone.
If you feel you could fit well into an office environment and have the skills required working to deadlines and being comfortable on the phone and computer then this could be a great position for you. This will be 45 hours per week with flexibility on holidays and some flexibility on the working hours, however Monday – Friday (8-5) is the contracted hours.
