A well performing primary school in the heart of Waltham Forest is looking for an experienced Early Years Phase Leader to join their leadership team starting in September 2019 on a permanent contract.

This primary school would like to invite applicants from experienced Early Years class teachers who are ready to move to middle management or experienced Phase Leaders who want to make positive impacts to their school to take on this fantastic opportunity.

You will need to have consistently Good/Outstanding teaching practice. You will need to be highly motivated, engaging and an optimistic individual who is positive and will settle for nothing less than the best for the children of the school.

The Key Stage Phase Leader Role

The Key Stage Phase Leader for this fantastic primary school will be responsible for the successful progression of the Early Years within this well led primary school.

Our client would like to find someone with ideas and vision that is keen to develop their leadership skills and promote success of both the staff and children to ensure positive outcomes across the school.

Every member off staff has the opportunity to progress within the school and have opportunities for continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure that both the school and its pupils progress and have positive education outcomes.
