This LSA role is in Haringey in a specialist school so being able to commute easily via public transport or drive, is key for your own work life balance, more than anything! There are 2 roles to start immediately or in January 2019!

To be success for this LSA role it is essential to have the following:
**Sincerity and passion for the SEN sector, being patient and caring are incredibly important
**’C’ grades in GSCE Maths and Science - so you feel confident with the levels of work.
**Experience – working with a family member or members is invaluable experience
**An understanding of Haringey is an advantage but not a deal breaker
-Working with Autistic pupils - Some 1: 1, raising attainment and behaviour. Pupils can either be a very high or low level, depending on who you are working with.
-Engaging the community and the parents/carers for the best results possible
-LSA role is ideal if you are an aspiring SEN Teacher or Education/Clinical Psychologist
-Being able to travel to Haringey
-Daily rate £70-£75
The school has just over 100 autistic and SEMH pupils; it’s a fantastic opportunity to increase your knowledge and understanding of ASD/SEMH tendencies. The school offers a broad curriculum for SEN pupils in a caring and simulating, engaging environment.
