This LSA Autism role is in Surrey, a specialist school so being able to commute easily via public transport or drive, is key for your own work life balance, more than anything! There are 2 roles to start immediately and in September 2018.

***’C’ grades in GSCE Maths and Science - so you feel confident with the levels of work.
***Music, Art and Drama whether it be a degree or otherwise, are always great subjects to have as passions and
***LSA Autism for the academic year
***Understanding the age groups you would like, LSA Autism role stretches across EYFS, Primary and Secondary. All dependent on the learning levels of the pupils you are working with
***Personal experience – working with a family member or members is invaluable experience
***An understanding of Enfield is n advantage but not a deal breaker
Learning Support Assistant role, Surrey
-Working with Autistic pupils in groups of 8 with specialist Teachers
- Some 1: 1, raising attainment and behaviour. Pupils can either be a very high or low level, depending on who you are working with.
-Engaging the community and the parents/carers for the best results possible

-School of just over 100 autistic and SEMH pupils, fantastic opportunity to also start your QTLS training as a specialist SEN Teacher
-Offers a broad curriculum for SEN pupils in a caring and simulating, engaging environment.

-Superb SLT with training programs in place for a LSA Autism, it’s a great launch pad for a graduate or non graduate with the right skill set for Autism
