We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant in Ellesmere Port with experience in an SEN setting or with children aged 4-11 with additional needs.
The candidate will have experience from the last 2 years of any of the following:
Supporting children with moderate learning difficulties
Supporting children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
Supporting children with Autism or Asperger’s
Supporting children with physical disabilities

As an Academics Teaching Assistant you will need
Minimum 6 weeks experience working in an SEN setting or with children aged 4-11 with additional needs
Details of someone who can provide a written reference on request to account for your experience of working with children
A positive can do attitude
Currently living in or near Ellesmere Port and able to get to primary schools in Ellesmere Port
All teaching assistants are subject to standard safeguarding and employment checks including a face to face interview and DBS check.
This role is temporary supply not a permanent position.
Academics is an Employment business finding temporary supply roles for qualified teachers and teaching assistants for schools in Cheshire West & Chester and Wirral.
All work is on an immediate start basis and initially temporary.
