A very supportive three form entry west London primary School is in need of a confident Graduate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support with a non verbal autistic pupil in Year 2.
The SEN coordinator is very supportive and keen to ensure the pupil has the opportunity to achieve to his full potential having the right support in place.
The child is currently working on a 1:1 basis out of class at a work station and seems to have a good routine in place however; the pupil can on occasions be very have challenging behaviour through frustration and may require restraining.
This position is an extremely rewarding position for the right individual however, can be challenging so you must be a very passionate individual who is able to provide continuity to this pupil.
