Are you a qualified early years professional ready for your next career move? A friendly and well-established nursery in Didcot is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and wants to help children build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy a positive start to their education.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
* Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Carry out observations and contribute to children’s learning journeys.
* Work closely with the wider nursery team to provide high-quality care.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
* A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
* A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
