Are you a passionate early years professional looking for a flexible opportunity? A welcoming nursery in Reading is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join their team on a temporary basis, working Fridays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner who is looking for regular Friday work and wants to make a positive difference to children while gaining further experience within a supportive early years setting.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities.
* Follow the EYFS framework and contribute to children’s individual learning journeys.
* Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Support children’s wellbeing, confidence and independence.
* Work as part of the nursery team to ensure a positive day-to-day experience for the children.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
* A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS.
* A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for early years education.
* The flexibility and reliability to work Fridays.
